In the package is the main system with cables, RCA and power, a sensor bar, and one full controller, nunchuck and wiimote. It also comes with Wiisports (baseball, bowling, tennis, boxing and golf).

Some of the games require another controller so another full controller, nunchuck and wiimote, would be nice. Nothing else is really needed. From there expand your games and remotes as you please.

You get one controller and one nunchuck with the wii itself, also the game Wii sports come with it, it has bowling, boxing, baseball, tennis, and golf. I would recomend getting another controller, if you want to there is a game called Wii Play, it comes with another controller. They are 40 dollars for just the controller, no nunchuck, so buy the game, cuz you get a controller and a game for only 40 bucks. Then if you dont want to burn up lots of batteries, they sell a charging station at wal-Mart for 30 bucks. I bought one and am very glad that I did. Its a ton of fun, I can hardly put the damn thing down. Good Luck, and I hope this helps you out.

The Wii system comes with the Wii, the Wii stick controller, the nunchuck, the sensor bar, and Wii Sports. If you have a sibling or lots of friends who will want to play the Wii, then you should buy a another stick controller, and maybe another nunchuck. Later, you are going to get tired of Wii sports, so you should start to save some money, so you can buy another game, or you can go to a movie/game rental place, and just rent a game. Wii play is a good deal, becuase you get a Wii stick controller and a game for only $50, where as most of the Wii games are $50 dollars and the Wii Stick controllers are $40 and the nunchucks are $20.

The wii console gives you a wii, remote, nunchuk, wii sports (boxing and 4 more games), sensor bar, console stand, and power cord. You’ll need 1 or 2 or 3 more remotes and nunchuks for multi player (wii is basically for multi player). In my opinion Mario Party 8, Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, and Prince of Persia: Rival Swords.Also you should get some remote chargers (don’t need for nunchuks they get there battery from the remote because they hook up to the remote) and if you want to get old games at the wii shop you need wii points, but if you buy old games you need a game cube controller or N64 controller or a wii classic controller. And if you get those games you’ll need a SD memory card because they take up a lot of memory (the wii comes with 512MB).

I would recommend purchasing wii play as it comes with a free wiimote, also Zelda is the best game available at the moment another thing I would suggest you buy is a wii points card to use on the virtual console.

If you are looking to buy some games, Super Paper Mario is a very fun and challenging game! Mario Party 8 is also very fun for more then 1 person!
